How about the way that Hooker is throwing the ball also? Every pass he threw was on the money on Saturday. Even the deep ball that was overthrown was only overthrown because Tillman was being held. Heup really is the kingmaker of QB's.
78% 225 yds 3 tds o ints 80 yds rushing…. No one should doubt Heup’s ability with QBs.

Hypothetical here, moving forward TN plays an undefeated GA and Bama. You get to choose which team TN beats, but the other is guaranteed to win the Natty; which, team do you chose to beat? I pick GA
I would take beating Bama over being able to tongue and cheek make fun of UGA for being really good but not being able to win a championship.

I think Banks is playing pretty well, Beasley has shown some flashes, but agree, still a lot of work to do at LB.

Agree, not polished products by no means, but I’m actually enjoying watching these two guys grow. Impressed by their transitions. Both are athletic and instinctive. I think Beasley can/will become a really good LB in time...

I was aboard the Kiffin hype, but even if we don’t beat him I’m prepared to eat a healthy dose of crow.
Speaking of eating crow….. I need to eat some for my comments on Lane, Page, and Whitehead….. I never thought any of them ever deserved to see the field but all three have turned out to be serviceable players for us…. Definitely need better in the future but they are giving their all and have not been the absolute weakness that I assumed they would be.

Beating Bama is program changing…whether they’re better than UGA or not. Gotta knock down a giant before you can clear the back 40 of beanstalk kjarn.

We have two un-winnable games going forward. Ole miss is a winnable game with the way our defense is playing. We have them at home and their defense is atrocious. Would love to see us beat Kiffin in year 1 under Heup. The heads of many Vol fans would explode because Heup beat their hero in year 1

We're gonna run it right down their throats

Ollie surprised EVERYBODY. Hope that wasn’t a one-off.

I vote for the ole miss game to be a blackout instead of checkerboard.. ready to get smoked for this lol
I don't think that blackouts in the stands look nearly as impressive as a 100% team color, or other color coordination

Aside from everyone wearing black, there's nothing stunning or striking about it. That stadium looks way bigger and more intimidating in all red. I think Neyland would look the same way.

Hell, most of our November games are 70%+ blackouts anyway because people are wearing coats and jackets

Edit - although, if the team is going blackout, I guess it makes sense in the stands. Ole Miss fans in red will stand out way more so we better fill the place up. I have faith in our fans, mainly student section, to turn the place into a giant version of the Raiders (old) Black Hole.

communist sleeper agents, imo.
Ima meet you at the waffle house, buy you a BLT, with no mayo, bring my own Kraft mayo, spread it on there so it is oozing out the sides (sounds kinda creepy, but only if you let it) and make you eat it. My MIL and grandmother would whoop that ass if they were still living and still might.

We’ve now won 3 straight games vs Missouri and just tied the series at 5-5.

Saturday we have a chance to make it 3 straight vs South Carolina and really need to do so for the sake of recruiting and general perception. Tennessee leads the series 27-10-2.

The only other active SEC East streak is vs Vandy where we have won the last 2 games.

Would love to start streaks against Kentucky and Ole Miss. Definitely more challenging, but definitely doable.
