Ok
Funny story.
I know a Pharmacist who described himself as super vaccinated.
I asked what that meant and he said he doesn’t throw away vaccines. He has been vaccinated with 2 j and j doses. 3 maderna doses and 2 of the pfizer doses.
I said you’ve lost your mind.
No, the antibodies start waning after 6 months. This is what my mom thinks and had a antibodies test last month. She was down to less than 30%, but still refuses to get vaccinated. Supposedly by the reports I’ve read, people that have had Covid and get vaccinated are apart of the super immune, but who the hell knows. I got vaccinated because of where I work, my parents ages, needing to travel and of course, be able to be around my grandchildren. If you had COVID you should have antibodies better than the vaccine already. Didn’t really need to be vaccinated.
There such a thing of being too immune, if that makes sense.Ok

We seriously need a widely available test for acquired T-cell (cellular) immunity, one with some serious data behind it showing how strong and persistent the immunity is. There was one approved in March, but I’ve only found one article with a familiar source (FDA.) I don’t know how reliable the others are (peer-reviewed vs clickbait). Or how reliable the FDA news release is either, lol.
It’s always going to be there, but I think for those with some immunity, either from prior infection or vaccination, it will just be a cousin of the flu. You’ll be sick and maybe miserable, but most people won’t be hospitalized, and most won’t die.I have a feeling this is going to be the rest of our lives.
