So is/was Urban Meyer. Shady characters abound in the sport. Freeze is treated differently because I think they think he'd take as many people as he could down along with him if stuff got real.

UF, BAMA, LSU, and UGA in one season....see this is why I don't care to play a big non conference game every year...f*** that...we don't need to...especially now. Also, with the Texas and OU coming over....absolutely no need. Playing a non conference game similar to a team like Pittsburgh is fine with.

People forget more than one school was involved in donating cash for Cam and the Albert Means mess went well beyond Bama. Most of the recruits Freeze took he took from teams like UGA and BAMA but others, including us were in on some of them.

Some of the allegations against Freeze if true are worse than anything Kiffin did. At least the rumors about Kiffin were with girls of age.

Losing a lot on the OL, and a pretty good chunk from the DL. LB still an unknown for the most part going into next season. I want to say 8-4, but with so many unknowns at a lot of positions, I’ll say 6-6.

We will start 3-0, then the next 3 games are rough. So I’d imagine 3-3 and then from there it’s how Heupel can motivate his team to bounce back.

“Army and Tennessee have worked out a separation agreement and Tennessee will be playing Akron instead.

Under the contract with Army, Tennessee was to play the Golden Knights $1.4 million to travel to Neyland Stadium. They are paying Army $500,000 not to play the game instead of 1.4 million. They are paying Akron $1 million to travel to Neyland Stadium creating a net loss of $100,000 to not play the service academy.”
