I watched some of Milton's play at Michigan. I didn't see him standing flat-footed or as motionless much, if at all. I wonder why he was doing that, if he hadn't been doing it before?
Either way, it seems like every issue that's been talked about can be corrected pretty quick. The BG game film should be invaluable for Heupel and Milton. I imagine we'll see a big jump in gameplay quality between week 1 and week 2. Fingers crossed.
There's a guy on Twitter that goes by Volspix...everytime he got an opportunity to bash Heupel he would do it while continuing to carry water for Pruitt. I kept calling out his BS .....he couldn't take the heat and blocked me.yep
Lot of people on here couldn’t wait to bash JH, Milton, etc…. And it showed Thursday night and Friday morning
I’m texting my person and he says they teach to stay on his toes(not flat footed) and to move with your back foot….. funny follow up story…. Joe told my person that they tell him to move with his back foot but if a 300# Alabama lineman gets after him…. He’s going to move however he can.He said that's the way they coach it here in that one interview he had yesterday. Something like staying "10 toes on the ground"
So I’m getting ready for the Big Orange Countdown pre-game show with Jayson Swain and Chris Brown. The VolWalk is over and I look up and Mike Ekeler is walking into the crowd of fans who are outside gate 21. I asked him if he was lost and he smiled no. Ekeler had a hat in his hands that he had gotta a few players to sign and was looking for a young fan to give it to which he did. Ekeler said it’s something he has done for years as a part of his pre-game routine. Of course a couple hours later, he split his head open against a players helmet celebrating.
