Lol yes, some posters just get upset when it is posted as “what they perceive as fact” maybe just say “I heard today, that whoever is doing x,y,z” if they get on to you after that I don’t know what they want lol

You can tell media has way more access than under Pruitt and Butch. Longer updates with more stuff to them. It’s kinda nice.

Unrelated, no way Garland and Page take the field as starting LBs against an SEC team.

Our linebackers were terrible in pass protection last year. Crouch could barely run and Too was beat a lot. These linebackers will get sideline to sideline quicker and help our pass defense. Good for Garland and Page so far. They can definitely run. Garland was very good in the spring game.

Accuracy and making the right reads quickly. You just need to be able to throw it hard enough. People who don’t know football are wow’d by “arm talent.” Probably the same ones who are still waiting for JG’s light to come on…

Just preseason.. Worley was always the guy that camp. Could be argued QD was only one with experience and was the clear favorite. I just felt Riley Fergmeister was given all the shot as well. Rick Clausen beat Ainge out that one year but can’t remember if that was preseason.

Getting the ball to your advantage on each play is the key - arm talent, velo, etc. - who cares.

Can you read the defense and find your advantage every play and get the ball to that spot - even if it is a run. That is the key. You will win a lot of games that way.
