Kid must be the anti JG..I don't know how he looked so great in all those HS games I watched, dropping dimes all over the field against the best HS competition over and over and over...but yet evidently he can not do it in simple practice...it blows my mind.
I mean… apparently he dropped a dime in yesterday’s practice…. Wth are you talking about lol

I don't have any preference for QB. There is no QB he could announce as the starter and I'll be disappointed.

However... I really really hope he doesn't come out in 3 weeks and say he's gonna rotate QBs against Bowling Green. Somebody has got to win this job.

You know, I can turn this on its head.

Bailey is the obvious leader. Coaches gave others more reps cause they already know what they have in Bailey.

See how easy that was?
I don’t care how you interpret it…. I just tell you what happened in practice yesterday….

The problem is that you said it wasn't looking good for him too....when you really have no idea what that first day meant.
I explained what I meant…. He seemed to be running 4th….. I also stated that it was the first day so it may not mean much….. everyone is free to interpret how they wish….I don’t care who wins the job.

Fair to say the receiving core is the deepest position group on the team?

Possibly. My biggest observation is that the extra year of eligibility for seniors and the transfer portal may have put Heupel in a better spot roster-wise relative to Dooley, Butch and Pruitt. So far, doesn't sounds like we have big holes at too many positions.

DL, TE and LB don't have ideal depth - but there are options at each, for sure.

I'm feeling better about getting to 6-6, with some upside.
