They just moved it for next year because of hosting the PGA.
that was a copule years, ago when the PG A was here, 2017? i know i went to it........it was back last year and the year before.....maybe just to give it another year before the President's cup? they year it hosted the PGA, they moved it to a CC in Wilmington....

anyway...

Man this is a legit comp. I don't know who's going to be the guy

VQ was podcasting about the last time there was a genuine preseason QB competition. Plenty of changes after season got rolling.… 2004 Ainge v. Schaeffer is what they came up with. I kind of felt Dormady v JG in 2017 was real. M

BS. You said “it’s not looking good for Bailey.”

Nice try on the deflection tho. 👍🏼
Bailey was 3rd going into the spring…….. he didn’t have many reps yesterday and the staff had stated they would give more reps to the guys that had proven themselves…. Imo, that was not a good sign for Bailey……. I will be able to tell you more after the scrimmage on Thursday.

I'm hoping Bailey isn't in a Dormady situation

I didn’t make a big deal. Inside sources aren’t omnipotent. I can buy in or question. Lots of good options.
I’m fine with that….. I didn’t really give anything major just the reps that was given….. I will know more after the scrimmage Thursday….In a couple of years, I will share pics to prove my access but can’t right now.

Possibly. My biggest observation is that the extra year of eligibility for seniors and the transfer portal may have put Heupel in a better spot roster-wise relative to Dooley, Butch and Pruitt. So far, doesn't sounds like we have big holes at too many positions.

DL, TE and LB don't have ideal depth - but there are options at each, for sure.

I'm feeling better about getting to 6-6, with some upside.

Problem is everyone else has super seniors, juniors, etc too, so from an average point it's a wash. Except due to our turnover, they'll be able to take more advantage (those teams that didn't have HC turnover and mostly held their roster together).

Then again one problem we won't have is trying to push kids out next year to get under 85, when everyone counts toward the 85 again, like some may have to. We should also be able to sign a full class...some may not be able to just to get under 85.

Cool…hook em.

This guy is just some fan. Florida will never have a bad offense while Mullen is there. If he gets that defense back to where it was in 2018-2019 then watch out. I think people forget that they blew the doors off of UGA last year.
I just have to laugh (cry?) at "bad recruiting" when he's averaged a top 10 class so far...even with all those transfers not counting.

Now, he's still farrr from Urban's or Muschamp's classes. But to say his level of recruiting is bad...must be nice is all I'm sayin.

Apparently enough kids want to kiss the creepy grandma that they'll put up with his cringey azz. Also means he's not some superhuman Xs and Os guy (sure he's good), but he still needs talent. CJH gonna light his butt up within 2 years, 2 months with half the talent. Book it.

Yeah that seems sort of ludicrous. Or do they mean genuinely talented preseason comp?

Dormady vs JG and Worley vs Dobbs come to mind in just the last 7 years.
