We’re 40 people short at work and can’t get people in. Our costs are going up on our raw materials and we’re seeing shortages as we are also shorting customers. It’s reported we are roughly 250k truck drivers short right now nationwide. In April job openings went up 25% nationwide whereas job fill rate only went up 1%.

I’m a glass full guy but not on this subject...
