This one is good, but not great. Our longhorns isn't the best though,at anything.
We have one in Evansville and it is great. The trick to the salmon is to get it cooked med rare to med. If you just let them go you are going to get the chef's choice and that is generally to cook it to the leather stage then flip it for 2 mins. The Longhorn "chef's" aren't gore mets by any stretch.The one at Turkey Creek in Knoxville is awful. Last time I was there, I ordered a ribeye, I got a strip and an argument from our waitress over it.
