Okay, recap before I cut grass, saga of the evil twin:

She went full alcoholic/dope head, had the lawyer boyfriend who wanted to marry her. Good guy, but stupid, and I even told him as much. She literally had 2 other boyfriends at the same time, and didn't want to marry him, because he wouldn't accept the other two. She's seriously got mental issues, and then add alcohol, pills, and pot. She ended up marrying the lawyer on a Sunday, where she had spent the other part of the weekend with one of the other guys. She had the nerve to tell the rest of the family, during one of Tiffany's hospital stays, to quit focusing on her health, and help her decide which man. She was finally allowed to see her boys one weekend, then returned them to her ex while half drunk. This was in her 3rd vehicle in as many months, because she had wrecked the other 2 while drinking and driving. My in laws had financed the first one after her first wreck, then the lawyer bought the other. After the drop off of the kids, she had a big fight with her ex, then went back to the lawyers house,and locked herself in a room with beer, and a gun. He had made her sign a prenup, and she was threatening to kill herself if he didn't get rid of it, give her a divorce, and half of everything so she could go to one of the other guys. Instead of jail, because the ex got his lawyer and called the cops after the drop off, they had her put in a mental hospital. She's required so much time there, then rehab. She has also filed for divorce, and her parents are stuck paying for the car she wrecked.

Yes, twins, and you couldn't make up how different they are. I think I've mentioned it before, but I have a note she wrote Tiffany several years ago, during chemo. It says stuff like, she's faking being sick, she's gonna tell her kids to hate us, etc. She got jealous over something,because Tiffany was getting more attention at the time. There's a lot of crap in it, she hand wrote a 2 page note hating on her. When Tiffany first started getting sick and having problems, her twin went to several different Drs trying to get them to diagnose her with lupus. She would get so mad when nothing was wrong, and they wouldn't just diagnose her because her twin (Tiffany) had it. She's pathetic, and that's being nice.

Are they identical? Have they ever done blood work to verify the loon wasn't switched at birth?

I had me another leg cramp that woke me up last night. Kinda worries me about my back, lower part gets a little sore occasionally, and that nerve that goes down your leg thingy🤣. I did have to Climb on a machine, and lean over lifting up something heavy.
