Proof of the election fraud

It's been a rough 24 hours for Donald Trump with the Supreme Court:

(1) The U.S. Supreme Court without comment rejected appeals filed in December to try to overturn President Joe Biden's election victories in five key states, marking the end of cases that sought to keep Donald Trump in the White House.

and....

(2) The U.S. Supreme Court paved the way for a New York City prosecutor to obtain Donald Trump's tax returns and other financial records by compelling his longtime accounting firm to release the records in a blow to Trump's longstanding efforts to conceal his finances.
Still struggling to move on, huh?

How many of those 5 states mysteriously paused voting in the middle of the night and then had ballot dumps come in at 3 or for in the morning.

How do you explain being able to take the actual time stamps of votes coming in and Trump actually losing votes over a 10 minute period. This is not an opinion. This is a fact that cannot be denied.

There were so many election rules that were broken or changed at the last minute, all benefiting the same candidate and we are just supposed to accept the results and if we question them we are labeled right wing extremists. I got news for you. We aren't backing down and we will only become more and more vocal as Biden continues to do everything he possibly can to destroy our great nation.
If you have proof of fraud, significant enough in nature that it could have had an impact on the outcome of the election, then you are supposed to present that proof in court, rather than just on cable news talk shows. Attorneys representing the 2020 Trump Campaign never did this.

You are calling things undeniable and factual proof of fraud, which were never even argued as examples of fraudulent activity in court. Nobody who is arguing that the 2020 Presidential Election was free and fair has to explain anything. The burden of proof rests with those people who are alleging misconduct, and that burden was never met in court.

The burden of proof rests with the party who is alleging misconduct. They are the ones seeking "relief". That burden was with the legal representation for the 2020 Trump Campaign in these matters. Representatives for the Trump Campaign would make their arguments for systemic fraud while appearing on cable news talk shows, but when it came time to present their evidence proving fraud in a court of law, they did not even allege that fraud had occurred. In at least one court case, which went before Judge Stephanos Bibas from the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania, the case was dismissed due to its failed merits; not on a technicality, or a lack of standing.
Why doesn’t this burden of proof matter to you when it comes to all the accusations Dems made against Trump?

It depends on which allegations you are referring to. The Democrats who said that Trump didn't win a free and fair election in 2016 should prove what they are talking about. There was proven meddling on the part of Russia in 2016, but no proof was ever revealed that any of it had an impact on the outcome of that election. If you are talking about the allegations made in the fall of 2019, that Trump withheld military aid to the Ukraine as a means of prompting their president to announce an investigation into Joe Biden? The burden of proof was with the House managers during the Senate trial... and in the opinion of Sen. Lamar Alexander - they met this burden with a mountain of evidence.

What does the average middle class American gain by having a Biden administration vs a Trump administration? How is their life made better?

Higher energy prices, higher prices for goods due to unbalanced trade deals, higher drug prices, and lowering of wages/benefits due to higher immigration levels.

What part of this is appealing?

And Alexander’s opinion means jack squat. I agree with your burden comments in this post but I’m pretty sure you’ve posted in contradiction to your stance on burden proof in the past. How about on the Jan 6th incident? Is Trump guilty of inciting that attack?

This. Millions of people saw this and will NEVER forget it. I went to bed a little before 3AM and Trump led ALL FIVE of those swing states, most of them by WIDE margins. I got up at 630AM and he was losing them all and the liberal garbage MSM was already blowing creepyJoe....calling it for him.

Absolute bullsheit....you know it and so do millions of others, including many Dimwits who simply dont care because it was a "any means necessary" to get rid of Trump.

There is much evidence of fraud, from trailer loads of fake ballots sent from NY to PA where the truck driver signed an affidavit, to people in GA etc running boxes of all Biden ballots thru the counter over and over again. People sent home and then Dimwit Dirtbags start counting ballots again as soon as their gone.....so much fraud it is sickening.

These guys will never admit it here though, waste of time arguing with someone telling you that the sky is green and the grass is blue because their head is up their a...

Per Sen. Mitch McConnell, Trump was "morally" responsible. I don't think that riot happens without Trump lying to his supporters about having a chance to still win the election.

Spot on. This is supposed to be stuff that only happens in 3rd world countries. Whats so sad is there are so many (millions) of Americans who would agree with us and yet we are just supposed to shut up and do what we are told. It's basically just common knowledge that it was stolen and there's not a dang thing we can do about it.

I also agree with you that it's a complete waste of time arguing with some. I just can't always resist it and sometimes I just need to blow off some steam. I do wish that someone would have started one of the election fraud threads with no discussions being allowed besides for either evidence alleging fraud or evidence that debunks the fraud. I get sick and tired of hearing about the courts not taking the case.

Are you sick and tired of hearing that:

(1) Not every case was rejected for a lack of standing...

and that...

(2) When given the opportunity to present evidence of fraud before Judge Stephanos Bibas in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania, attorneys representing the 2020 Trump Campaign did not even allege fraud of a systemic nature had even occurred. Judge Bibas gave them the opportunity to call witnesses and present new evidence of fraud. Trump's attorneys declined to call any witnesses, or allege that fraud of a systemic nature had occurred. Judge Bibas rejected their case on its failed merits (while using that exact language in his opinion).... and of course, Judge Stephanos Bibas was appointed to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals by President Donald Trump.

.... because both of those two items are true?

You just can't get around the fact that Trump's attorneys wouldn't allege fraud had occurred when given the chance to do so in court. They would only allege fraud while on cable news shows. That should tell you that their true intention was never to overturn the results of the election, but rather to win a battle of public opinion by misrepresenting the facts.

Nice non-answer. Of course it doesn’t happen but that doesn’t mean there’s a direct causation. Do you even realize how weak that was, even by your standards?

Just stop it. Adults are responsible for their own actions. Mitch said “I don’t THINK that riot happens.” That means he cannot say beyond a shadow of a doubt that itnwoulsnt have happened.

Trump bears ZERO responsibility for what happened.

A more civil society in which to live. Hope. Optimism. Community. The belief that goodness and decency still have a place.
The acknowledgment that some things are far more important than a couple of more dollars in your pocket at the expense of others.
Pretty much every single thing beyond the most base instincts.

Base instincts: A subconscious urge, behavior, or intuition directed by primeval, animalistic, self-serving, or ignoble motivations. Greed and selfishness are unfortunately two of the base instincts ingrained in the human psyche.

It's not fact. It is 100% opinion. And I can and do deny it.

Take it to court, oh yea, 0 for 64.

What a moronic statement!

A more civil society in which to live. (Do and think exactly like we tell you to. No more freedom of speech. All opposing opinions are canceled) Hope. Fear. Optimism. Fear. Community. Support riots that have literally burned down and destroyed thousands of business. Also support draconian lockdowns that have destroyed thousand of jobs, lives and businesses. The belief that goodness and decency still have a place.
The acknowledgment that some things are far more important than a couple of more dollars in your pocket at the expense of others. Haha, even Ole Joe would laugh at this one.

The Swamp is definitely described below and it consists of people on both sides of the aisle. This is why I will never vote for a career politician again. We need to replace them with people who actually work for we the people
