Byron is running his mouth, but I'm not sure he's this kid's handler. I'm not sure Roc is good enough to warrant a handler. Byron just likes to attack UT anytime he's given an excuse.

Well that narrowed it down to one of 2 guys then, pretty cool.

My HS lost to South Pittsburgh in the 1999 season, @scienceteaching_vol played on the squad and was a beast too. The following season the school went undefeated and lost in the first round

I remember the HS going collectively to watch Remember the Titans that season as inspiration.

Yeah. We went and watched and then came back to a canceled pep rally because of a forest fire. Crazy day for sure!

Actually was supposed to play south pittsburgh that year too at home but they got disqualified midweek. Coaches had to cancel Wednesday practice and scrambled to find tape that night for our new opponent. No prep for that game and then the fire. Football gods were against us. HA!

Fulmer interviewed Debord for OC in 2008 and hired Clawson instead. The last 15 years of UT football could have been much different if he had hired Debord instead.

I played for Coalfield during this time and remember there being a rumor that South Pitt self reported so they wouldn't have to play the game.
