How does Dabo convince his coaches to stay? Or maybe he is just really good at finding guys who won't leave?

That is so rare this day in age to have both coordinators, and most of the position coaches, on an uber-successful team stay for many years and not take other jobs.

probably has provocative pictures of his coordinators for black mail.

It's called brain-washing. They've all been "conditioned" to remain with the cult.

With the money these guys make now as coordinators some of them are ok where they are at. He lucked out that Venables is one of those guys that doesn’t seem to want to be a HC. Im surprised the OC doesn’t take this shot as he doesn’t seem to be getting real chances at Hc openings in college.

Easy path to championships or maybe making the playoffs every year. Seems easy enough

Not even close.

Not recruiting any OL in an entire year is coaching malpractice.

This isn’t even in the ballpark!!
No offensive tackles last year. No elite offensive tackles this year. Our 5* left tackle has decided to transfer. I think we can call Pruitt's handling of the OL coaching malpractice.

But that's JMO.
