Are you claiming the Founding Fathers who overthrew a government and used violence to further that end would guarantee free political speech so long as it did not relate to overthrowing a government?

Heh. Clever. But the problem with such logic is that we overthrew the *British* government - not our own government- that ruled us a colony, so the analogy is fundamentally flawed.

Are you now claiming the British government (monarchy) was not the Founding Fathers' government and they were not under British rule?
