See above in regards to the pipe bombs and Molotov cocktails. If these truly were with the Trump supporters, how come none of those devices ever made it into the Capitol? There was more than enough opportunity to bring a few in and start to cause far more trouble.

I'll say the same thing to you I said to my boss yesterday. While this protest had violent elements to it, by and large, it was mostly peaceful with some acting up. You had 200K people out there. You don't think you're going to get a few bad apples in that bunch? Regardless, if 200,000 people got it in their mind to destroy and loot, we'd be seeing far more damage done.

And you're a fool if you think Congress is our "chain of command." Sorry for the late civics lessons in life, but they work for us, not the other way around. It's thinking like yours that leads to them allowing themselves far more power than they should have.

Watch the video. Watch the cop step forward and shoot her. No warning, no hesitation, no trouble. She wasn't a threat and they sure as hell hadn't used any lesser means of force.

So does our congress deserve an extra protection that goes beyond what the rest of us have? Should stricter rules of law enforcement should be applied on their behalf. Should people be killed for trying to angrily talk to them? As for comparing those to the people that killed the ambassador in Benghazi to those at the capitol, that's a completely ridiculous comparison.

They always have had more protection when they are in session since a packed room of senators is a huge target. There are specific units guarding them.

OK, you say deadly force was warranted. I don't, so make your case. I say that being scared or incompetent doesn't allow a cop to commit murder. Everyone states stand in that man's shoes, if you get angry at a cop over a traffic stop and you express your displeasure, does that give the cop the right to kill you? I mean what if he's scared. Do those peoples lives withing the capitol mean more then anyone else's life? Should deadly force be more liberally used because you're in a ruling class? I don't think so. Our capitol is the heart of our country, without it and the people that work there we wouldn't exist. The traitors putting our leaders in danger was inexcusable and teh man is a hero for defending them. All involved need to be punished and harshly. Including Trump.
