I don't think it's so much as a blood oath to Pruitt just want to leave and escape the drama. Maybe to play for a more successful program.
Who’s got a drama free program with open starting positions? We might be amazed at the volume of drama generated by Pruitt himself.

For one... it’s a movie about black FBI agents going undercover as white women.

The other is a redneck trying to be funny.
As Kardashian and Reggie Bush. There's a purpose that isn't geared toward demeaning anything.based on race. The movie White Chicks has specific comedy demeaning white women using stereotypes. Like I said, I don't have a problem with either because I don't think either was malicious about race. I don't think it makes him racist like the Wayan brothers shouldn't be called racists. That's all. Was it a good costume? No it was complete ****. Lol. Anyways, I won't steer the convo this way. Be blessed and we will watch UT become Nebraska together.

Crouch gonna transfer and be like "I wanna play RB and they wouldn't let me".

Banks. Crouch. Alontae. The list goes on. I don't know how many times we have to play this game for Jermy to realize he can't teach any player to play any position, and if he wants a DB or a LB, he needs to recruit a DB or a LB.
I have felt the same way from the first time I heard him say that

If the falcons move off Ryan, trade Julio and get a young QB contract... They could quickly become favorites in the south. They have legit pieces elsewhere
I like it all. But I have zero faith we draft the right QB. Hoping for Wilson....

He was on the record for wanting to play linebacker.

UT clean slated leadership several years ago. Complete reboot-- everybody new, top to bottom. That worked well.

So if 3-7 isn't due to the coach...and not due to the replaced AD...and not due to the replaced president and chancellor...I guess all that's left is the fans.

Or maybe it is the coach.

Honestly, it’s hard for me to be too concerned about losing anyone from a 3 win team.
No joke. But we do need depth. I just think it’s funny that VQ says fans are hurting our program and if Pruitt leaves we will see transfers. But now we’re seeing Pruitt still here and starters are transferring. Just makes me laugh. And more are coming which I am sure VQ knows about but they are still saying those crazy things. Transfer are happening whether we keep Pruitt or not. Might as well move on before we are at rock bottom.

Talking about today buddy. Not 6 years ago.the context of the Convo is a new coach taking over the falcons.... he’s a aging QB with a massive Cap hit.

He's still younger than Brady, Rivers, Ben, Rodgers, & Brees...

As a first time HC if your choice is Jets with their mess at QB or Matt Ryan, seems pretty obvious which is the better choice. The GM/Owner can figure out the money situation, that's not what the HC is responsible for, now if you want to argue that Stafford, Watson, Herbert are better QBs to inherit then absolutely that's valid. But calling Ryan "average" when he's on pace to finish top 5 in 2 of the most coveted career passing records in the NFL is dumb and I'm arguing that.

I thought from the beginning that Pruitt's oft-repeated phrase "I like to recruit guys who can play multiple positions" was a red flag. He's mentioned it multiple times as one of the most important things he looks for in a player. Granted, in context he usually was talking about recruiting corners that can play safety (or vice versa), or corners/safeties that can play nickel (or vice versa) and not necessarily LBs that can play RB.

Regardless, it seems like when you recruit with that being considered really important, you recruit players that are mediocre at multiple aspects of the game and great at nothing in particular. I'd rather have a guy that was great at something, even if it was just one thing.

Who said 3-7 wasn't on the coach? Certainly not me.

Not firing the coach for going 3-7 is on those who have the authority to do so.

The thing about distributing blame is there's a lot of it to go around.

Just do something. If you're keeping him, then keep him. If not, then fire him. What they're doing leaving this in limbo is doing tons of harm to our program right now. It is detrimental to Coach Pruitt as he seeks to recruit, to sign transfers, and to hire a staff, and it's harmful to the potential new HC if we went that route. It's also embarrassing to the fanbase and players. Again. Another in a long list.
"Everyone associated with the program knows Pruitt is coming back, so they don't need to make a statement".

At least with all the noise the past couple of days, those people can shut up.

Interesting to see Flood listed as OC/OL. That would seem like a lot of responsibility for a unit with so many players. Or is that a sign Sark will still be calling the plays?
Sark is still calling the plays - he has said so already.
Like SpringBok says. Similar set up to what OU has with Lincoln Riley and Bill Bedenbaugh. BTW, I'm sure he'd never come and we'd never pay him enough, but if you want a terrific O-Line coach, Bedenbaugh is the man.

What starter is transferring and what is their reason for transferring?
