Big difference in what’s going on now versus the Bush/Gore situation. But you know this.I think the process does have to play out for him to be legitimate. I think it will play out. And nobody will be able to complain when it’s over. It’s how things should be handled. Just like in Bush Vs Gore. The system has a job to do and it will get done eventually
Quite a few posters on here would struggle with a test on the Constitution, and several claim to be lawyers.I would guess most politicians would struggle with a Constitution basics test like my 3rd grader aced last month.
Of course some of the ideas I shared with him may not make him very popular with a liberal teacher but thankfully his seemed to be in the same page
I think the strategy is based around the people who will accept any statement that offers confirmation of what they want as a true statement, even if it’s false. Rile them up, create a loyalty test, and see if the state legislatures will cave to the pressure of a primary challenge in which they aren’t the Trumpiest. Exactly the same model he’s used for the senate since 2018.
