While commending troops at Fort Drum, N.Y., for their completed deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, President Obama said, “A comrade of yours, Jared Monti, was the first person who I was able to award the Medal of Honor to who actually came back and wasn’t receiving it posthumously.”
Sgt. 1st Class Jared Monti was killed in action, another soldier, Staff Sgt. Sal Giunta, was the first living recipient of the Medal of Honor that fought in Afghanistan.

That was just a few.

The point is they all say ignorant and stupid $h1+, the fact the it only matters when the enemy side says it is the funny part.
They all do but not with equal frequency. That's like saying every MLB player occasionally strikes out. Sure they do; and when it's a player from your team your response is different than when it's a player from the opposing team. But either way, no matter what team, if a player strikes out more than any player in history, eventually he needs to get benched.
