What Other Message Boards are Saying-UGA

I agree. That’s kinda funny though. Hope we beat their asses into the ground Saturday. And spit on them after the game. Metaphorically

easily my most hated team in football now. They over took the gators, Alabama, Notre dame...... and something I never would think would ever happen. I hate them worse than vandy, and the patriots
It was clever, I'll give him that, but go take a peep over there and see what I mean. It's funny how other fans call us delusional, hillbilly, drug-addicts, etc, but that whole board sounds like inebriated NASCAR fans, 18yr old frat guys, and 40yr old high school has-beens having a circle-jerk.

Don’t need to go look. I fully believe you. I know what they do. 😊

Here’s the deal. We all know UGA is good. But regardless of what any of their fans say, we will also be the best team they have played this season thus far. We haven’t even began to open up the playbook and put our playmakers out in space. Pruitt and Ansley haven’t been sending secondary blitzes and disguised pressure much either. This team’s potential is sky high and UGA will be surprised just how tough of a game they will be in come 3:30. Am I predicting a win? Heck no. I’ve been a fan for too long to do that. But I do know we’ll be nipping on their heels in the 4th Qtr.

Vols get to find out how far they've come this weekend. I thought Auburn would give UGA an 'L' this weekend, turns out that Auburn isn't all that this season.

I like your optimism but feel it's a little early but then again CJP is a bit of a gambler. What I'm trying to say is those exotic blitzes, alignments, etc.... take time and developing a team or unit,(defense) is hampering UT due to the covid pandemic. I'm certain that Pruitt and Ansley are fast-tracking but our defensive secondary and outside linebackers just aren't developed as a complete unit. ie...I was expecting to see K.Lawrence to get more live reps than he has thus far. On the other hand UGA's defense has more experience in games as a unit while UT is dealing with losing Bituli, Taylor,Warrior, plus E.Gooden. Just hoping we can hang with them. Go Vols !!!!

Big words from a team who hasn’t won a NC in 40 years. If we can keep it close and get into the 4th quarter we can pull it off. And the trash talk on Cade is stupid. He’s a young man. All this face the music crap is garbage.

Obviously there’s some truth to the talk. They aren’t anywhere close to where they usually are in recruiting.

That would not be very “Smart” of them. Cade would have some interesting tidbits for the NCAA to shed some light on how a program that hasn’t won it all since the CARTER ADMINISTRATION manages to keep bringing in the nation’s top recruiting class year after year 😉
Truth. Kirby and UGA better tread lightly with Cade. I am sure there is great concern and they are probably dreading the day Cade is done playing college ball.

I find it odd how they claim Pruitt is a terrible coach. He did well for them when he was their DC, or am I missing something?
It is because they know his worth and they therefore fear him. They know that he is the biggest threat to their recent ownership of the SEC East (sorry Florida)

If I were a Georgia fan I would feel pretty good about this weekend. Multiple years of top recruiting classes have given them an extremely talented team. They are fast and strong and deep at all positions. I don’t really see any weaknesses.

Georgia Fans talking about Tennessee being a dirty team... 😂🤣😂

LMAO. Admittedly our field did suck for a couple of years (2015?-2016?) and I recall their star HB tore his knee on a run when his foot slipped on the turf. I remember seeing it and felt really bad for the kid. I hate to see anyone injured.

But comparing that to the knee shots, late hits, CONSTANT trash talking, borderline head shots, etc that is part of uga football for at least a decade now is ludicrous.

uga football. Trash program.

Arkansas had 77 yards rushing and Auburn had 39. I suppose it’s a matter of perspective. Most people would not consider 77 yards rushing to be an effective rushing attack.
Mississippi State did just as well against the run agains Arkansas as Georgia did. And overall Miss St's defense played just as well as Georgia agains Arkansas. I think the UGly Dogs have a good defense but I'm not going to call them great yet.

I saw 2 threads on their 247 board:

One was titled “Looking ahead...” and the OP was “Because I’m not worried about Tennessee. Can we beat Bama?” And no one ever stepped in to correct him, just let him ride and began discussing Bama.

Another thread was asking if any of our players would start for them lol. One guy said “Henry T would probably be in the rotation, but that’s all”

They think they are Bama, and they aren’t.
I really don't think Georgia is going to be as good as they were last year. Their offensive line is not and you can't tell me Stetson is better than Fromm. I think we can take 'em.

Best post of the thread. Had this dissussion this morning. The defense will be close to full strenth and we have not blitzed at all. Georgia hasn't face an o-line like Tennessee's and they might not all year. I am not predicting a win but, I think we can take 'em.
