This is a pic of my dad and I. He has Alzheimer’s. There’s quite a few of us that are or have been in your shoes, so we understand. If he keeps going, I’m going to put this as my avi again in honor of his birthday, 10/8. I don’t think GojiraVol17 meant you any disrespect. Prayers for you and your struggles.

Prayers for your Dad, and for you! It works!

On Vol Calls just now Pruitt said we are almost at full strength heading into the game Saturday and have been for about the last 10 days. He seemed genuinely excited about the team heading into the game. He said the team is going to SC with a sense of urgency. I think they're ready. jmo.

If the year does not count against eligibility, then every transfer should be eligible.
I think Sankey is laying ground work in doing this, just a guess and going from his strong stance from his tweet about it being the correct rule for inter conference transfers to sorts backing from it later.

I don't think his problem was mental ability. His problem was naivety. He grew up in a strict southern Christian background that saw any way but his own way as wrong and refused to compromise his beliefs in dealing with teammates. Sonny Jurgenson was hanging around the team and was befriended by Gus Frerotte, the genius that knocked himself out on a support column. You could see the discord on that team. OL were openly teasing Shuler, presumably with the backing of the Jurgenson/Frerotte faction, and what is worse, the worst coach in NFL history (Norv Turner) allowed this behavior on his team.
Ok, I'm not going to argue because I don't know him...I'm just saying that has always been the knock on him according to rumors....that he just couldn't process the NFL playbooks.

Look TF Out. A coach that is excited about an upcoming season. No downplaying expectations? I think we may have something here this year.

Don't know if this has been posted about Heath or not. He had a severe foot injury early in his career that never healed correctly and that he kept playing on to try to justify his status as a first round pick. It altered his throwing motion. Add in that Washington and Turner in particular did him no favors at all. He should have stayed at UT for another season of development. He wasn't ready mentally.

He also tried to run over an NFL linebacker. He learned that he couldn't do that, but only after he got hurt.

If I'm Pruitt, I would be tempted to forfeit the season and forgo the SECCG. Play all of all games and use it as a recruiting tool that we value players and UGA screws them. The NCAA record book will still reflect how we did.
In theory, if we went undefeated playing Cade, and the SEC disqualified us from the SECCG... the CFP Committee could still put us in the playoff, no?
