It's a little dangerous to rely on Twitter for your facts. Very few details are given here but it's almost certain that this death was not in the United States. In fact it appears that it's not even on our continent. It appears that this occurred in Africa:

Tragedy as 6-year-old girl dies of COVID-19 barely seven days after school resumption

Who knows what a little girl in Africa died of? It could be a myriad of reasons.

We really need to wait for facts before we post stuff around here

Again - the one off's and anecdotes with no context or facts. This is just more 'bro stupidity and fear BS. The statistics simply don't support what you are selling here. COVID isn't killing 6 year olds in droves. In fact, it isn't killing anybody in droves.

I think you misunderstood the point of my post.

All of those tweets are identical. IDENTICAL. This is either “bots” or fake accounts broadcasting fear to try and control what people think.

It’s a psychological operation to control people through fear.

It's truly sad when it's hard to tell. I'm sure somebody, somewhere really see this as a reason to fear COVID or push an agenda.

Sorry I think my post was confusing.

I was only pointing out all of those accounts that were tweeting the same exact text.

Seems obvious it’s being used to push the fear narrative.

No worries. I know your reputation around here and it's outstanding. I wasn't trying to make it personal. It was more a general comment and a warning to those that might like to use that as an example of why we shouldn't open schools. Some on the Twitter feed were doing exactly that. I know you weren't advocating that. Obviously this is being spread by left wingers for political gain. But the whole thing is at best misleading and at worst a purposeful crooked attempt at gaining political points.

Questioning things is the nature of science and scientific methods. The difference in scientific questions vs non scientific questions is: will the answer change depending on who is answering? A lot of non scientific anecdotes float around here disparaging real science.
