Living in Memphis, all I can say is that he is a very good recruiter and darn good coach. Now, stepping into a high level P5 program is different. I always thought if was hired at a high level job, he should bring in a DC with P5 experience, which he did not do.

The local radio was commenting yesterday that he's big on his system and recognizing numbers whether to run or pass, and Blackmon just isn't good enough to be successful with the pass.

I don't think Butch had a chart for RPO's. It's not unusual, but apparently Norvell teaches his QB's to count players in the box and calls multiple plays. The problem is if the QB can't throw then sometimes it's better to let your RB try to make a play.

Trey is a grown man. Surely he actually drinks coffee. Unlike 88, who is like 12 or 13. Which is weird because he drinks a lot. But kids grow up so fast these days.

Saw that they don’t have to retest kids that have caught the virus for 90 days. That’s why “most“ of the team has had it so they won’t have to test them for half the season.

Today is my Dad's first year of his passing. Miss him more than I ever have. So Sorry to hear this. Much prayers.
