I get what you are saying, but it's actually more complicated than that. Say a 53 year old man with a BMI of 40, type 2 diabetes, and COPD (all the result of an unhealthy lifestyle) contracts CV19 and dies. Chances are slim that a healthy 53 year old with none of those conditions will succomb to the illness. So, technically, it was really the multiple medical issues the first man had that cost him his life.
All that being said, I do agree that the CDC story is being taken way out of context.
I made the cut at 52 . It wasn’t pleasant for about two weeks but no lasting effects that I can tell . The only thing I may would have done differently is possibly taken B12 or supplements because I felt like sleeping all the time and didn’t eat as much .
