Sounds like a good lawyer, in which I despise lawyers. Now that we have that out of the way, my great grandmother use to always say “id like to buy that guy for what he’s worth, and sell him for what he thinks he’s worth”!! Lol
I still use that phrase often.
No one likes lawyers, until they need one.

People hear 'legal expert' analysis from people like me and you, who've never been in a Jury Trial.

There are despicable people in every profession. Some market themselves better than others. Like the Daytona DUI lawyer that advertises on beer coasters at local bars. 'Dont blow, call Joe', or some such.

Anyway, my point is. It's important to have checks and balances. Just like the media is to Executive Branch. Settlements and recoveries help to keep people honest, in theory. Prior to tort reform, there were some large settlements. Always go back to the old lady at McDonalds. Some saw that as frivolous. She had really sustained a lot of damage.

You say you hate lawyers. Watch the Doc on that deal, it may change your mind.

It's always been an intriguing profession to me. But, I grew up around it. So, i can see both sides.

Good points and true, not all of them are bad, it’s just an overall disdain. We employee over 200 people, and every time someone gets fired, or throws a temper tantrum, that’s the first thing you hear, “you’ll hear from my attorney...”🙄

HAHA! The dawgs miss on home state 5 star QB! Kick rocks Kirby😂

How do you let USCjr get a 5 star QB from Georgia? Kirby’s losing it lol

It will be interesting to see how quickly he can adapt to college football. He plays for a small school up in the mountains against really bad schools. He has lost in the playoffs to the the first good team they play on their schedule each year.

Connor Shaw's brother is the HC at Rabun so I'm sure that helped lead him there.

Ok, so I dont need to point out your generalization is fallacious on many points?

Having been in a supervisory role (😒) I fully empathize with you, its the weak who run to HR at first sign that their precious free time might ne impinged upon. HR is scared to death of lawsuits.

I recall having to fill out daily inspection reports. Being told, 'do two good ones, and one bad one'. Why? Why do we need to have documented coachings, done mandatorily everyday. It's micromanagement.

If you set realistic goals for YoY growth. Then, you can show stockholders real figures. Then, not have to resort to punitive tactics as motivation, see Wells Fargo.

Did I say dont generalize? Lol, most these folk were Millenials.
