Doesn't matter...I am sick of the self righteous witch hunts. I guarantee you every SJW scumbag that lines up to burn Brenneman at the stake is f'n hypocrite that has said something offensive in their life. It is just ok to offend and assault some groups, and not others nowadays. Tolerance and understanding only goes one way and I am sick of it.

This mans life will be ruined for no good reason, and that is more hateful and mean than what he said.

Im actually friends with him. Have been since 2010. And I’ve told him his stuff isn’t my type of music. Just part of it. He even acknowledges its bro country lol. But it’s more like bro millions to him so he’s ok with it.

Originally he’s a big Texas country, southern rock, dirt road country type guy.

Yeah, the suspension is warranted. But if the guy’s career is ruined over this and it probably will be, that’s too far. Everyone of us has said something in private we’d never want to be heard in public.

I agree. Wallen is talented. I’m picky about modern “country” artists but Wallen is one of the best up and comers.

I hear ya but chill on being a guardian angel and I'll dial back the snarky-ness. Those who know me know one of my bugaboos is talking about classes that are years away. It is an exercise in futility and I guess I was too harsh jumping on Trips but hell we can't even reasonably predict how seniors in high school are going to perform in college but we talkin' sophomores? Yeah, I know initial rankings blah blah, I get it, it is a start of a discussion but one I would like to have in 2022, not now so we can all be a bit more informed. As for good taste...you looking at the wrong guy lol.

How hard is it to not say a word? Especially one that you know very well makes other people feel ostracized and demonized? It's like the N word for them. It's shows a lack compassion and is bigoted.

That being said, he did apologize. I would say that he would do the work to become more sensitive and positive in how he speaks, but he hasn't worked on his sports announcing for all these years.

He’s a business man, then. He knows what’s selling and what’s not necessarily good then. I’ve heard he’s a pretty cool dude and that newborn boy of his is a handsome lil dude!

Yet another reason I like you👍 We can have a disagreement, neither of us go for the jugular, then we can shake hands & pat each other on the back and still be chill to each other after the fact. Some in here don’t know how to do that 🤔 and yeah I see where you’re coming from with the futility of predicting what future classes may or may not do. Makes plenty of sense. Won’t stop me from being outlandishly optimistic either haha
