Are those truly violent threats? Seems similar to many made in here imo. Also don't believe a 15yo assault charge means anything. That was an extremely biased article

You're not getting the point. Idc about the source. **** 'em. The facts that I mentioned are what matter...not that they matter to me but that they will matter to a DA and a jury.

It's my understanding that the driver fired 5 times and that a 2nd shooter in the crowd fired 3 times at Perry as he drove away.

You see those as real threats? I see them as a byproduct of blustering on social media. Same are made here daily (even in this thread). If the other guy pointed or fired his weapon there won't be any need for a jury

The fact he was military is solid I guess. Good job by them

For the last time, it doesnโ€™t matter what I think. It's what a DA and a jury think. Why are you so hung up on the source? If he can't give a good reason for being there (does he work in the area?), and the eyewitnesses don't back him, and he has those comments online, it's likely they'll think he was looking for a fight. That is my thesis. Again, **** the source. Again, it's not about what I think of the threats. Hopefully we can move past this now.

Maybe because the source is absolutely horrid?

Who cares why he was there? Is movement now restricted? The guy who was shot was looking for a fight as well and prepared himself (based on his comments). Mutual combat - let the world work itself out

Dude, who took over your keyboard? I would expect people investigating the incident and looking for potential criminal motives would care why he was there. Are you really asking me this? Lol. Nobody is saying movement is restricted, JFC.

At best you have 2 people packing, one that had posted his thoughts on social media and the other that gave his thoughts in an interview about why he was carrying. Neither are strikingly that much different than the other.
One approached the other with his weapon drawn and he was shot. Id look at it differently if no one in the group surrounding the car had a gun pulled or if the shooter targeted someone that obviously was not a threat. Im sure when he approached the car he prolly didn't expect that anyone inside may be armed as well. Its unfortunate what happened to Foster but he put himself in a very bad position.

What will a jury think when they hear the decedants own words about not pointing weapons at officers but trying to intimidate civilians because they are pusses and won't do anything....

We know one was looking for a fight by his own words, the other may have been as well. You point a weapon for one reason, the shooter didn't have to wait for the other guy to shoot first, he was within his rights by the facts as we know them to this point.

One of these guys just happened to be a real tough guy, the other just played one on TV. Feel bad for his family but he did this to himself.

What would it take to convince you he was there looking for a fight?

Eyewitnesses I heard from said he shot first....if the deceased had his rifle trained on the guy, how is it that the driver, while driving, pulled his gun, extended his arm out the window, and fired first (accurately, too)? Doesn't make any sense. Idk what the truth is, but this guy needs some angels to avoid trial.

I noticed weeks ago the political radio ads I heard would mention Antifa, but wouldnt touch BLM. They weren't sure what the public thought.

This week i am hearing ads accusing so and so of supporting BLM. So the polling data has been acquired and they've determined mainstream America views BLM negatively. Rightfully so.
