“You’re betraying Black Lives Matters,” the activist screamed, as the unidentified doctor reminded him of the obvious, shrugging her shoulders and saying, “You’re white.”

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - A News 4 investigation has found that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been flying all around the country and the globe with organizations who want to reform the criminal justice system.

However, it appears she has violated the law, by not reporting the trips.

Sources tell News 4 Gardner is a frequent flyer. At times during her tenure as prosecutor, sources say, she has often been gone from her office a couple of times every month, jetting around on someone else's dime.

I've watched the video on that several times. I want to see if the investigation report cites the discharges heard on the video. As others on here stated, there were four or five shots fired initially, then you heard three shots from clearly a smaller caliber weapon. Garrett already had a rifle pointing at or into the car window. If it can be determined those first five shots came from Garrett's rifle, it won't matter what the driver posted on social media.

Violent threats? Even if these posts were him, he made ONE comment in a response to someone else about the proper way to neutralize a threat as standard defensive response.
