I know I have some really weird ideas at times but I think his running style and ability could make RB a good position for him if he can add a little bulk. I think UT wants the ball in his hands often. Kick returner too maybe?
Charlie Fulton was 2nd team All SEC in 1966. He played for the Edmonton Eskimos from 1968-1969RB as an option, interesting. Can you name the UT player that started at QB his sophomore year then was shifted to RB for the remainder of his career?
That would be Charlie Fulton in the mid-60s. He was more of a running QB and besides, starting him kept Dewey Warren on the bench so Dickey moved Fulton to RB. They would run the B option pass pretty much once every game and Fulton was so good at making it look like it was the sweep, that he almost always was able to hit the pass
As much as I wish your statement was not truetrue, I agree he had lost control of the ball when it hit the plane of the goal line.Am as big a Tennessee fan as anyone. However, this ball is clearly no longer in the possession of Howard as it goes across the goal line......

It was close. I think someone could claim that a moment before when the ball actually reached the white... it was still under control.Am as big a Tennessee fan as anyone. However, this ball is clearly no longer in the possession of Howard as it goes across the goal line......

Right or wrong... UT has to be good enough that plays like that do not determine games so often.
