Tim Jordan dismissed from team

Not that it matters, but I recall an All American OL at Bama with the same charges minus the juvenile in the car, he never missed a game. Of course he wasn't exactly just expendable either, but still ... the charges could be dealt with if everyone wanted them to.
Bama boosters bought the judge and DA. DA reduced the charges, judge suspended sentence. Cost of doing business. All-American linemen are expensive to buy and maintain. An excellent example of justice not being just. How many are rotting in La. prisons for far less?

Can't do it this way young man. Using and selling drugs offends one side of society. Carrying a gun offends the other. That leaves nobody on your side.

We shall see. I don't think UT wants all that Negative Press.; EVEN in this time of apologies for insensitivity. Banks got More than Preferential Treatment by the UTPD.
What is "negative" about giving a kid and in this case a black kid a second chance after they've made a mistake that really didn't hurt anyone? I'd say his actions since warrant a second chance.

Don't remember for certain, but pretty sure it was right there in Tuscaloosa. Not certain on that though, I'd have to look it up. Do remember for certain he had weed and weapon in the car when arrested.
Not sure but I believe that incident happened in Louisiana. Please don;t hold me to that, just counting on a fading memory.

At the end of the day, this is a guy that was going to have a degree to lean on if the NFL didn’t pan out. Hopefully he can go on and finish it somewhere else. Hope he gets some help and gets back on the right track

So what? It's weed and minor charges in TN

If Jordan had weed and paraphernalia and selling materials on campus, which is more plausible than not, do you think the players didn't know? Or care? Or perhaps be customers?

He gone.

Good.

People would know and no one would care. That goes for most of the student body too who likely know who to call of they need some

The gun is the only real issue in this story imo. Boredom makes young men do stupid stuff

Not surprised at all by the decision by CJP. He wasn't left much room to maneuver. The loaded gun was the back breaker. Next man up.
