It's being tagged all over the place by protesters.

Firebombing, sure. I can see that. Smashing windows and wanton destruction of public property doesn't warrant taking a life. However, that's the response a lot of people, including quite a few on this board's remedial reading group, are calling for.

I dont think they will be able to convict on murder 2 based on the prerequisites and I doubt the others will be convicted on anything.

Think the drugs in his system will throw a curveball.

Think he will plead and it will be dropped to manslaughter.

I just wonder if we will see more riots if that's the outcome.

I post this for two reasons.

1. This is about 100x worse than the Floyd murder. The way the police talked to him, the attitude, the execution, everything. Had this been a black man our country would be literally burning right now.

2. We have got to do something about police training, militarization, self-policing from the police...something. Look at this video, it is flat murder. Inscribed on his AR-15 was the words “Your ****ed”.

This police officer was found not guilty.

Infuriating. Black, white, red, whatever...this **** has to stop. I’m sure we will still have our resident police apologetics in saying the justice system worked here and this cop was justified in everything.

That's murder!!!

Of course we can comment. If the only defense is “well we werent on the jury” benefit if the doubt nonsense, you are the problem. The “OJ” defense.

When the cop says “keep your hands up and if you fall I expect you to fall on your face” while telling him to get down, stand up, crawl, stand up...to a guy that is scared, confused and trying to be the very definition of compliant only to get killed with multiple rounds....
