When did a 90 become an A in HS?

I said the same thing e few years back when my kid bragged about it. But It changed at some point, aint sure when.

Pretty sure they use college style grading. Hence a 90% being an A.

Yeah. The architecture program anything below an 80 was failing. (Subjective AF grading in a lot of classes) they still said 80 was a C, but they wouldnt let you graduate with anything lower, at least in the required classes.

Yeah it was the same for accounting at UT, needed a B- to move on so I switched to Logistics
