I'm thinking this guy is saying don't order it off a restaurant menu. Unless you caught it or know who did, you best do your homework on where that nasty tilapia came from before you eat it. Same with a lot of that stuff. I mean, blue tuna? That's like the most expensive fish. I'll tell you something else that's my opinion, but I'd bet money on it. If the chef was honest when Norcal asks him what on his sushi plate was frozen this morning, he'd say errthang but the rice.
