It is quite good. I have had the real deal sturgeon from the Caspian Sea. Not uppity, just a peon who was fortunate to be at a fundraiser where it was served.

Really no clue, You can get all kinds, not just with fish. I like sushi, been to several sushi restaurants. Thankful they have vegetarian offerings now. In the late 80’s, in Virginia Beach and where I grew to love it, I tried everything then. It’s a light meal offering and why I love it.
