Developing and recruiting. We’ve had one guy drafted in this draft. Butch Jones belongs somewhere OUT of the SEC. The joke is on us, unfortunately.

I wanna know if he’s hiring an agent. If he gets picked up by a solid team, it’d be so worth it for him. But we really need him for a tourney run next year. I love Pons. He’s def more mature than everyone else on our roster but he’s also a grown man too

Have no issue with Pons declaring for paperwork. You can do it once and return to school and next year is his senior year. Admiral did it. If he gets a good grade, good for him. But I expect him to come back next season.

IMO...more mature?...yes. Needs more time to develop?...absolutely. He's good, but he could/should be better. Shortened season didn't help either.

Yes we do need him. I'm not sold on our big men rotation next year (Uros was meh). Pons is not huge, but man he plays like it.

just throwing it out there that Dobbs did launch a pass @Georgia from our 40 basically into the back of the endzone and to elaborate further because of Dobbs ability to run is why we won games..our Oline those years were horrible and were masked by Dobbs ability to run...if you’re a nfl scout I’d retire now. JG is slower than fedex delivery But equal to a moped 🏍 get your eyes checked bud

I’m not berating Dobbs, he’s my second favorite QB in UT history, but he lacked accuracy throwing the ball, and that’s the main reason he’s not a starting QB in the NFL.

As for his arm strength, it’s certainly debatable, and while it’s not the strongest ever, it’s always been good enough. That’s what I like about Dobbs, he was always been good enough to get it done.
