No. Satellite tracking of room movement.
I said that because I doubt you turning off your location function actually does anything... other than gives the user a false sense of security. Kind of like that button at the corner/intersection that says "press button to cross".
No - that’s 100% true. Use it every day. Based on time of day/year and lat/long, you can tell how tall a tank is by its shadow to give you volume (you can measure area of top easily enough by analytics). Then you want to measure % full. When the tank is full the roof floats to the top and you have almost no shadow On the roof. When it empties and floats down, you can measure how far down by measuring the size of and shale of the eclipse and accounting for time of year, time of day, and lat/long. That gives you a decent estimate of volume. This isn’t perfect. You can’t see every tank every day. And there is underground storage you miss. But it’s pretty sweet.
Shipping cargoes can be tracked as well. Combine customs docs/bills of lading, ship beacons, and satellites.
That's crazy. Feel like my world just got a LOT smaller for some reason. No - that’s 100% true - but ROOF, not room. Use it every day. Some remain open. Don't know if exempt for one reason or another.I wouldn’t know where to find that information and I doubt anyone is really trying that hard to backtrack this stuff in the hotspots, but the majority have been shut down for a month or so now, so it would have been early on if so.
McDad isn't putting smart anything in his home. I don't have Alexa, either.Just wait until they put that SMART meter on your home. They will turn off your HVAC unit in the summertime for you to prevent you from using too much energy.
Save some for the rest of us, McDad...

For the record I’m not doing any of that math. The company we purchase the access from goes through and tags each tank (satellite image analysis helps them find them) and then does the data processing. We just click ‘See Inventory’ and pick the countries of interest. That's crazy. Feel like my world just got a LOT smaller for some reason.
I'm sorry (see how easy it is McRib?). I missed what you do for a living. You process data for what, exactly? For the record I’m not doing any of that math. I then go and do my math with the resulting numbers.
This isn't true. Please tell me this is an urban legend. They already are on that track in some parts of Southern California, You are allowed to you so much a day to help prevent rolling black outs then they fine you if you go over . It’s a hefty fine too I believe it was like $500 ( not positive but I think it was )

Anybody who is open and rendering any type of patient care is going above and beyond the call of duty to be aseptic and sterile. I haven't heard of any independent health care office being investigated as possibly spreading the virus. And, I kinda feel like if it were proven it would be front page news.
Soon (if not already here). This isn't true. Please tell me this is an urban legend.
Soon (if not already here).
Only now, I think all they can do is shut off power to your entire house. In the future, they will have access to each circuit in your home and could "select" particular circuits or breakers to trip/turn off. So they probably will "trip" your HVAC breaker in the summer but leave the breaker for your fridge alone. But, if that fridge starts to trend upward with higher usage, that might trigger a letter from the power company. Either that means your fridge needs servicing or replacement or your fridge is increasingly using more energy as time goes on for some other reason. Possibilities are endless...
