Like Jason Bateman, seems like a great dude. Total smartass. Ozark is so dark, its intentional. Let's eff with people so hard that every plot and twist is almost a 70mph fastball, middle right side of the plate tailing away. Iow, i can guess right airtime.that's where we are, 3 in. so far so good.
that show is all about stress tho...lol.
That is pure boredom when somebody considers that a real sporting event.I know Roger Goodell gets a lot of heat, but I must give credit where credit is due. When the sports world around us is completely dormant, he has pushed to still hold the draft.
We have a real, legitimate sporting event happening in 3 weeks.

True. At the same time we need to give a big thank you to the 20000 medical volunteers who have went to NY to help out and also to the military and National Guardsmen and ladies who set up those extra hospitals and facilities in swift time.New York has more cases than all other countries except Italy and Spain.
And, China and Russia, who are not reporting crap.
Don't see why not. No need for a crowd. Just 1 guy up there announcing decisions by phone. Obviously, some video crew and support are needed to air it, but they can all be spread out.I know Roger Goodell gets a lot of heat, but I must give credit where credit is due. When the sports world around us is completely dormant, he has pushed to still hold the draft.

In case ya'll have missed it this morning, there has been trailers rolling across the tv screen on FOX NEWS, OAN, and other national news channels of some potentially game changing news on a possible vaccine out of the Univ. of Pitt that is apparently on a fast track approval to the FDA. In layman terms, the vaccine would be applied in the form of a small patch containing 400 "needles" made from proteins absorbed thru the skin. It has already passed the lab mice test.
YesI will be transparent and open for discussion. My thoughts and mood change about this virus daily. I tend to be an independent, critical thinker. With that said, one day I'm convinced this virus has devastating, scientific proven destructive capabilities and current measures in place must be done. The next day I flip flop in my thought process, thinking this could be absolutely overblown. I'm just venting a little and certainly am not trying to belittle the job our healthcare workers and front line folks are doing but just checking in to see if anyone else has this constant flip flop of emotions about this virus?
I just remember back to the days when it was just something that you read about in the Sunday paper to see where your favorite college players were going. It was the biggest event of Nashville last year, period. More than that, it was a massive televised event.
With all the stuff going on, it could possibly be the largest televised sporting event of the year.
My wife reported to work at our local hospital at 6:30 am yesterday. She left at 9:30 last night and had to be back at 7 this morning. She had to stay that late to finish finalizing the plans for 18 of the Gallatin nursing home patients to be transferred back today. The other 7 of the 25 they originally took in are too sick with covid to move. Just a terrible situation for all those people and families.
