I cited where that number is incorrect for the City of Tokyo proper. If you are going to compare, at least compare city to city and metropolitan area to metropolitan area, don't mix the two to favor your numbers.

It isn't apparent that he perused wikipedia and confused the elevation with the population either. That's just some twits take on it from twitter which you apparently reference for your daily news and "facts."

For all you know that may or may not be his take on how many South Koreans are within range of North Korea's artillery. I don't know and neither do you.

Until Trump answers a question as to where he got the 38 million number, none of us know where it came from.

It is also just as apparent that you like to "manipulate" your "facts", which is just stupid and it's annoying.

Per Macrotrends.net.... the metropolitan population of Tokyo is 37 million. Per Macrotrends.net the metropolitan population of Seoul is 25.6 million people. So, you could say I was wrong in quoting 9 million people for Seoul, but only because I used a different metric than I had used for Tokyo... but that doesn't change the fact that there is no metric in which Seoul has a population of 38 million people. It appears that Trump was confusing the number 38 with Seoul's elevation of 38 m (125 ft).

What makes it a smear? The date of the CDC's first announcement is accurate. You don't contest the dates of the golfing and rallies. You don't contest the date when Trump himself publicly acknowledged it as a real problem. Trump's a sucky president. That's a smear when the facts aren't there to support it. And an accurate statement when they are.

argue until the end of time that none of this is his fault....it is Obama's fault, China, Pelosi, Impeachment, Deep State, anyone but his. It is sad and humorous.

Beat around the bush all you want, he ignored warnings. State department even pulled their people out in January. Didn’t increase tests for it after it was brought up either. So he ignored the intelligence community’s warnings on it. That’s enough to determine he’s at fault for not paying attention sooner.

It is noone’s fault..... ( well maybe China’s depending on what they were hiding)...... it is a communicable disease that is affecting the entire world in the same manner.

Mostly sad to see them cling on to something because they can't admit that maybe, just maybe they got suckered by a con man and he's really not very good at this whole presidenting thing.

He was mistaken. That's not the same as lying no matter how much you want it to be. I'm amazed at how desperately some of you want to be victims and point fingers at others like you're at recess in the 2nd grade.

He owns the response to said virus....you can not explain away his response. Even if you say he didn't call it a hoax. He was very dismissive of the severity of the virus. He held rallies and went golfing when he should've been following the pandemic response guidelines that the previous administration left. I doubt the guidelines called for golfing and rallies.

It was declared a pandemic on March 11.... two weeks after calling the media a hoax.... No one knew what this disease would be or do..... shutting down the world is a huge step with dramatic consequences
