Denial is not just a river in Egypt.

We just topped 1,000 dead. In fact almost at 1,100. That is all in, what, 14 days? The bulk in the last 3 days? 223 in the last day.

And the virus continues to spread, with the minimization attitude of Trump, his followers, and the like minded shouldering considerable blame for that phenomenon.

We are over 75,000 cases now. 7,000 of those reported in the last day.

Not that big of a deal at all.

You won't get those factored in for quite some time. Even when you do were the questionnaires answered honestly. My questionnaire is intrusive. I've become a data point.

WhAT??? Trump has guided the country through this mess, it's almost over. The new treatments are going to crush this thing, with a vaccine coming within a year-don't forget Trump pushed for the "new" drug treatment. We are getting close to spring time-LOTS of UV LIGHT is going to help. Thank you President trump. I like my doctor, thanks for helping me keep him.

Given that some polls show bias, either by the manner of their questions (push polls) or questionable sampling, I prefer to look at clusters of polling.

The most current data I could find from RealClear Politics shows Gallup's number of 60 percent approval as a bit of an outlier. The average of the polls is just under 50%. In fairness to both sides, some of the polls considered date back a couple of weeks. Given how this has evolved so quickly we might need to look back at this in 2-4 weeks.

No. I'm at the office. Being careful and using lots of sanitizer, but not doing anything panicky. I'm just paying attention and when Trump tells me one thing but the scientists and professionals tell me another, I tend to go with the advice of the latter.

Of course they understand what the fuss is about. The numbers arent going to dramatically shift. Social distancing is easy when you dont live in a city full or morons.

Fun fact, you can also get all of your essential vitamins and supplements from beta fish food. It's off label of course, "'Murican Prepper Gazzete Quarterly " recommends a few different specific brands, but in my experience the cheap multi-colored flakes work just fine.
