So by your logic, our tax revenue went up when Trump cut taxes?
That's just not true, taxes go up, revenue goes up. Yes some people may be able to escape it, but there that's why Bernie's plan also includes many anti-corruption and crackdowns on elite practices.
U.S. Tax Revenue by Year
Fiscal Year Revenue FY 2021 $3.86 (estimated)
FY 2020 $3.71 trillion (estimated)
FY 2019 $3.46 trillion (actual)
FY 2018 $3.33 trillion
FY 2017 $3.32 trillion
FY 2016 $3.27 trillion
FY 2015 $3.25 trillion
FY 2014 $3.02 trillion
FY 2013 $2.77 trillion
FY 2012 $2.45 trillion
FY 2011 $2.30 trillion
FY 2010 $2.16 trillion
FY 2009 $2.10 trillion
FY 2008 $2.52 trillion
Tax increase does not mean revenue increase. Revenues have increased after about all tax cuts that I remember. The problem is spending, not revenue. So by your logic, our tax revenue went up when Trump cut taxes?

That isn't what Bernie stands for. He wants to abolish private insurance. That is getting rid of it, not fixing it.
Those are pretty bad support numbers imo. Amongst the party that supports it you only get max 62% support? The border wall support amongst republicans has been around 75%, and is considered to have weak party support.

Look at the rates of change, we have more payers rn so it's going up regardless. The rates of increase have still gone down.
That's isn't a government program which is what the conversation is about.
Private insurance doesn't work in other nations and it isn't working here. Just drives up cost by making it more complicated.
Doesn't make any sense at all? If you get off of government assistance, I think that's great. I just don't hate you when you do need it like Repubs.
Ok, so we're moving the goal posts now. I'll play.
What happens to .gov revenue when unemployment goes up and it will with Benies policies? With the stroke of a pen he plans to put a million insurance employees out of work, he'll put thousands of energy workers in the unemployment line and so on.
Bs. Nobody minds having a SAFETY NET when people need it but if you need government assistance for life then there’s a bigger issue at hand. Your bad decisions and failures shouldn’t be put at everyone else’s (taxpayers) feet.
