We will lose Kennedy and Smith for sure, very possible Cade Mays goes pro as well, so we won't have near the same OL coming back. We'll also lose Palmer, our best WR, Johnson, and our TE, Pope. So, we'll be losing at least 4, likely 5, and maybe 6 of the 10 other offensive starters. We'll win at least 8 next season with JG. Might not with Bailey. My preference would be to see JG start the season at QB, with the offense featuring a strong ground attack and ease Bailey into the starting role unless JG shows he can make his throws on a timely basis. When you have a really strong running game, you need a QB who does not turn the ball over. JG has proven he can be that type of QB. A little more decisiveness on his throws and he could look really good with that type of offense.
