There’s a lot of reasons why I think he’s UGA, but to me the most telling things is how someone posted earlier how DW was following a bunch of UGA players including their incoming freshman QB on IG but not HB or any Vols.

That’s high level internet stalking right there.

If you think to Tisdol and even Baron, they were using social media to add suspense to their moment or whatever the f but promoting a lot of UT (Tisdol) and KY (Baron) material - when in reality they knew which school they were going to for a while. Or in Tisdols case, jumping in once a green light.

So when a kid acts up so blatantly on social media that’s my initial thought. Smoke screen or seeking likes.

But idt any of these kids are so perceptive or understand how ..... unhealthy () some of us are with our love for recruiting that we’d dig so deep as to track followers. That’s kind of an obscure thing, ultimately.

With that said, it speaks volumes IMO that he’s following those kids but not ours. Especially Bailey. If you’re going to a school and you have high hopes of being a focal point in the offense - you’re building a relationship with your QB. Doesn’t seem like DW is doing that with UT.

Like I said, it’s one of a couple things that screams UGA to me. I’d love to be wrong.

I understand your reasoning here, but it doesn't make a lot of sense that not only would GA get DW, but then they would poke the bear and call out/Try and turn in Nieds for a recruiting violation when they know they are as guilty or more than anyone else? That is more than a shot over the bow with UT, that is straight drawing a line in the sand, knowing we have as much dirt on them and would then gladly and knowingly use every bit of it and let it all hang out against GA and their violations... that's just asking for it... and even though Kirby is an idiot faking it till he makes it, he isn't that stupid.

I think most all programs probably have ways to make contact during a dead period at one time or another without it involving a coach or risking a violation...it wouldn’t be that hard, surely?!

Well that’s assuming the rumor is even true. We all know how rumors go on these things.

When it’s all said and done, our best recruit won’t be ranked as one of UGAs top 10 best. We’ve done a good job this year, but the gap in talent isn’t getting smaller w them. According to my UGA people, The UGA TE room is very thin and DW is their guy. Otherwise they’d be throwing offers to others. Those offers haven’t came. Kirbys staff can recruit like hell, best in the business IMO. If only they could coach them up. They wouldn’t leave a void like that at TE IMO.
