I think he's a solid pickup that could potentially help us in a variety of ways. IMO, coaches evaluations (depends on the coach) and offer lists carry more weight than ratings from the recruiting services.

Barnett was a 3-star UNTIL we and other high profile schools offered him. He was a 3-star when Vandy and Cincy wanted him. That shows how meaningless stars are, there are solely baseed on who is recruiting you. Smalls will probably be a four star before it’s over but who cares.
