Haha no I thought we were having a good debate. Just having fun with yer response. No offense intended. Figured you knew I was kidding. I definitely won the debate though.

Pruitt will have more of an advantage next fall camp because he has more players who will be back that has played a lot and have become more familiar with his schemes. So that should help fall camp go a lot smoother on both defense and offensive sides of the ball.
I'll also add that the difference in some of these kids bodies from an off season in the strength and conditioning will make totally different and better players out of some of these kids.
I think Pruitt places the kids in the competition and asks them "who wants it most"
I said all we wanted was to see the kids improve from game to game this year and man have we really seen that after the Florida game. To me the transformation has been dazzling. I can only imagine what next season will be like with players already knowing the schemes and what to expect.

Oh by the way..Middleton is almost just about to get to that level..that kid is a complete wrecking ball sometimes...I don't think he knows how rich he could be IF he can just give the effort more consistently..

This is the last thing I'm going to post on the subject...

When it was a two them playoff the committee had to be 100% correct when choosing the two teams to play in the national championship game. There was always a decent probability they would get it wrong. A few teams could make a great argument for being included when they were left out. By going to four teams the committee can miss by 50% and still get the best two teams. All the committee is responsible for is making sure the two best teams get in. If they go to eight teams that allows them a much larger room for error. None of those eight best teams are G5 programs (IMO), 99% of the time. If any G5 teams played in a P5 conference, they would be middle of the pack teams at best, ACC included. We constantly complain about how Clemson, OSU, and even OU and all the PAC teams play a weak schedule yet you are proposing that G5 teams that have even weaker schedules get in the playoff. They simply don't deserve it. If they want in they need to play some powerhouse nationally prominent teams. And, don't tell me none of those teams will schedule them, that's an entirely different issue.

TCU and Utah have also shown that when a p5 conference gives them a chance they can more than survive the riggers of the terrifying p5 schedule. TCU has won 11 or 12 games 3 times in 8 years since joining the big 12. And has won the big 12 championship. In Utah's 9 years in the pac 12 they have won at least 9 games 5 times and only had 2 losing seasons. They will likely win the pac12 this year and may get a shot in the playoffs. In reality these so called smaller less athletic teams aren't really smaller or less athletic. UCF is just as big on both lines of scrimmage as most p5 schools and has faster skill players than pretty much any school in the country at any level.

They were not motivated, and you are either full of crap if you say they were, or dumb if you really believe they were..specifically Bama-Utah and AU-UCF.

That's silly. You have several saying in JG doesn't fumble the ball we might have beat bama. These G5 teams just outside the top 4 are better than we are...

Debatable. Bama is not going to the playoff either. I suspect if they played in a P5 conference they wouldn't be rated so highly.

I disagree. Utah and TCU have proven they could thrive in those schedules when given a chance. And g5 schools are 7-4 in bcs/ny6 games when given the chance against p5 schools. Those are facts.
