Couple of questions are which may have been posted today. I really do not to go theu the 40 plus pages of posts today on this thread. When did Hardy and family meet with UT staff and verbally gave the guarantee ?

I just realized I missed the news on this and it's my first time coming to the recruiting board today. I realized something wasn't right because I had been on the football board and there's been no news. I am shocked by this one. Puzzling. Someone said you never can count Auburn out because of their violations history. Another curveball at the feet of Auburn.

Within the past week and he has also told recruits he was publicly committing to UT. Apparently he's been verbally committed for a few months.

I can not tell you what time it was today and what page it was posted on, but a Austin Price report today said it had been a while back. It is pretty common knowledge that he has been in since June.

Some time in the past few days. Monday night I think but that could’ve been when he told some of our players

Wow been quite the day i didn’t even watch the announcement as it was a forgone conclusion to everyone on UT side that he was a vol. Everyone got sideswiped here and from all the info that I have gotten it appears the father is the one who has made this decision and without involving others who were involved previously. Every single person that was involved from his side as of late yesterday said vol. no need to go into specifics but I believe something happened very late or early this am and we were not given a fair shake if that makes sense. Now all that being said....In my heart I think this one gets flipped once all the dust settles....
