He has struggled with that all year. He now has time thanks to the OL to actually play QB and so far hasnt been able to do it.

My comment was far from an endorsement of good play, it just wasnt as bad as he has been at times.

Whoever plays Saturday is gonna have to find a few plays and stay out of trouble. The margin is thin.

I don't really have much hope for JT either..yet..but he has to get experience to improve, and I think he has great potential...like Tyler Bray potential.

The part that makes it worse on JG and the reason fans say "there's never been a worse QB" is because he hasn't been able to just be benched.
Typically at a program our size, if they aren't working out, your deep enough to sit them while you work on the problems.
Hard on us fans and him, is having to keep throwing him back in. Yes there's been worse, we just can't name them because they weren't playing. As mad as I get, I try not to go overboard because he's in a fairly ****** situation as well. Shouldn't be playing but trying to get fixed, possible or not.

I reeeeaaallly believed with decent OL play he would at least be a good solid QB...nothing spectacular.

Does anyone know if we have enough scholarship openings this year to sign a 25 man class? Or since we only signed 23 last year do we get to sign 27 this year or is that not how it works anymore?

It really may boil down to his leg winning us the game. Defensive struggle, rain in the forecast, gotta play field position, cant turn the ball over and cant give up the big play. A lot running the ball too.

Tyler Hilinski was going to be Washington State starting QB in 2018 but committed suicide. Mike Leach then got Gardner Minshew as a grad transfer to be his QB

I member. Flashback when Pruitt was considering Minshew and K-King was shooting down his passing aptitude. 😉

Everybody else on the offense took steps forward

And he goes backward...

If he's of just stayed the same... Forget getting better... Just be the same....

Everyone is frustrated. I'm sure he is too.

I'm taking my sons (14 and 12) to their 1st game in Neyland. It'll also be the first home game I've been to since 98. I'm really wanting the boys to have a fun, memorable experience and see a Big Orange win this weekend.

I honestly wish that 2014 game could be erased from my memory. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for great seats. I felt that loss coming the whole game...
