State is dead. Fans are done and the stadium will not be very filled. Maybe Moorhead saves his scalp, but it doesn't look like that will happen. State's Defense cannot stop Joe Burrow this season.

I was surprised at how soft State appeared on both sides of the line. Our DL pushed their OL around the entire game and our OL, which played well enough the entire game, completely won the LOS on the TD drive in the 4th qtr. to put the game away..

State can't afford to fire him after year 2. They had success under Mullen but only after a few years and with him scheduling 6 gauranteed wins every year. If they fire Moorehead now very few coaches are going to want to go there and they were never a great landing spot. The fanbase is mad as hell and wants him gone but they've forgotten that with the exception of their super-recent history and the occasional good season in previous years they've been Kentucky/Vanderbilt and now their version of James Franklin is gone. There's a reason their permanent cross division rival is UK.

We have a rotating line on the constant. Never know where any of those guys end up and Morris could have played anywhere too. Not to mention depth.

Yeah, but "a rotating line on the constant" will equate to more depth next season. We need to keep adding OL bodies though, no one is disagreeing. But I completely understand why Morris feels he's got a better shot to play early at A&M. Kennedy is our only senior in that position group. And we're playing 8-10 guys this season.

Aware me. What has he done? 237 APY. Pump the brakes.

Pump your own brakes and focus. My Eric Gray query was just a tongue in cheek response to this.

I live just outside Memphis. I would be fine with not signing any Memphis players. We don't generally have a good history with Memphis players (I don't need all y'all coming in and telling me "what about Eric Gray, etc, etc,) .

Of course there are exceptions, but generally speaking we are better off without the Memphis players. IMO.

And you literally had to edit your post. So the number went up to 4, hmm. And we did recruit Walker, maybe not near as heavy as the others mentioned because we were late, but we did.

But because I'm nice, I'll just call it Atm-4, UT-0.
Tell him what he wins, Johnny!

Least shocking thing ever. Time to go all in on that Arkansas decommit.
That would be pretty big, and allow us more leverage with the Whitehaven LBs considering Arkansas. I'm sure they communicate. Arkansas is about to get skull-drug by Auburn and Bama before playing Miss State, who may also beat them. Then they finish the season with LSU and Mizzou. They're trending down while we hopefully continue our trend up.

Don’t know about him specifically but I wouldn’t be shocked if there was some movement on the staff.

I'm a pretty big fan of YAC and Tee where they are....honestly not sure I want to see any movement on the offensive side of the staff.

Rocker is the only coach I'd straight up send packing. But if he manages to pull some of the kids we're in on, well maybe he doesn't need to be sent packing... land Grimes, Omari and Hardy he might save his skin!

I understood that but the general notion that Eric gray is a superstar or will be is a stretch.

All of that is true, but I can't tell my fellow grad students that.

Should have seen the looks I got on Monday in my orange...

Yeah, I’m not sure it’ll necessarily be our choice to let them go.

YAC gets offers every offseason. I could see him leaving for a pay raise.

Rocker and Weinke seem like two prime candidates to move. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Sherrer move either after the “demotion.”

We played very well Saturday. This team is improving each week. Especially the defense. 7 sacks for the first time vs an SEC team in over a decade. The offensive play calling was very good. They knew they could run the ball and had a lead. So the smart thing to do is to run the ball and control the clock with a few passes down field. That's what they did. It was a great gameplan and execution by the players.

Anyone saying we didn't play well should be ignored.

Solid SEC win followed by 3 days of "bad MSU team, let's talk about Ga State and Dan Mullen".
