Losing the games we’re losing (and the way we’re losing) would be unacceptable if it were Year 1 or Year 25.We knew Pruitt would require time and we are all (rightly) losing our minds 2nd season. At what point do we settle on a dude and let him work?
>Bench JG for MaurerJG almost certainly transfers at the end of this season, but would be interesting if he ends up on a team that plays in a post-NYE bowl. His recruiting thread was started in 2013 and there's a chance we could watch him take a snap in college in 2021.
I think Fulmer should have been given time to get his Clawfense going. He was bringing in Bryce Petty and Tajh Boyd at quarterback. Clemson took our droppings and became national Champions on them.Do you think Dooley and Jones were not given ample time? I think the perception that Tennessee has not given their coaches time is widely overstated.
YesMost people predicted that we would go 7 and 5 this year before the season started. If that still happened meaning we go 6 and 0 against the teams that aren't Georgia and Alabama, would you be satisfied? and would it make you excited for year 3? Or would you still be ready to move on from Pruitt? Please give yes or no answers and not well that's not happening so it doesn't matter.
If Fulmer had come back in 2009, Clawson wouldn’t have been with him. Essentially fired after 5 games.I think Fulmer should have been given time to get his Clawfense going. He was bringing in Bryce Petty and Tajh Boyd at quarterback. Clemson took our droppings and became national Champions on them.
