I have debated setting up a HD antenna to see what locals I can pick up...any suggestions?


External, can mount it off the porch (it's covered) and we live on a hill...but also live in the sticks. Can just take advantage of the cable ran by Dish to do this.

A couple Biscuits with butter, Scrambled Eggs and cheese, and a few strips of Bacon. - My Breakfast/lunch with a Bloody Mary.

Snacking on tortilla chips and salsa with 2 or 3 beers

Dinner: Rib Eye steak covered in butter, grilled asparagus, Grilled Corn with an homemade Old Fashioned drink.

My ideal gameday food. Probably adds up to around 3000 calories.
If a man can get a workout in the morning, depending on your routine and body weight, that just might be around maintenance, and if you are over... dem gainzzz is stimulated from the workout

you shoudl be able to plug your address on that site and it tell you what you need to know about where to mount your HD antennae and what kind of range you might need.

all mine are just flat antennae that you can basicall tack up on the wall behind the TV. prices range from really cheap to over $100.

Probably the ideal way to go, I've been eating clean for two months without much of a cheat day. My body is craving carbs. This seems the way to go.
Another method, what I would likely do is eat in a deficit on 6 days, and eat very well, but not insane in game day

Let’s say an easy 250 calorie deficit 6 days, eat a robust extra 1,500 on game day. Theoretically, you break even, though nutrient partitioning will not allow that to be the precise case
 
Tyler Byrd and Brandon Johnson are two guys who I’m hoping beyond hope find a way to showcase their skills this year and maybe even end up as at least practice squad guys, if not drafted.

I’m just partial to the kids who come here and remain Vols, especially when we’re in such a transfer heavy era.

Byrd especially came here as an all American. A lot of hype with him. Didn’t pan out for whatever reason and he didn’t get the playing time he probably hoped for. Yet he’s still here doing his part. Not transferring. Not posting passive agressive BS on social media. Just trying to play football.

Same with BJ - although he was less heralded. Still, he had a very solid sophomore year and then disappeared last year with a new coach. Never griped. Never became a distraction. And recently came out during an interview and sounded like the consumate team player.

There are others too, like CFA etc. But Byrd and Johnson are two kids im especially rooting for.
Vols For Life. No doubt about it, they earned it.

no sciecne involved, but this is basically what i've done this summer. in the beginning, it worked fine, i lost weight steadily.

as the summer went on though, all i wound up doing was maintaining.

i fear that all the drinking plays a much bigger role than i would prefer it to. :)

so i'm gonna have to go back on the strict 1800/day, get this last 20 lbs off and then i can maintain.

crap.

I bought one that RCA makes for about $35. Its an amplified multidirectional for 60 miles. It's flat and has a little kickstand...got it up on top of the entertainment hutch. It gets me 18 local channels. It gets NBC, ABC, FOX, and CBS in HD. Some of the channels like MeTV, PBS, and etc come in 720p but doesnt bother me cuz I dont watch those.

I thought J.J. Abrams was going to do a good job with Star Wars. Not only was I wrong but Disney and Abrams’ have destroyed the franchise. Woke culture is ruining everything.

To be fair, that franchise was destroyed after "The Empire Strikes Back." There are what...10 movies out? There's arguably 2.5 maaaaybe 3 good movies among them (If you liked Rogue One or Episode III. I thought they both mostly sucked)?

This sounds like a plan. Been eating Chicken & Broccoli or Salmon and getting sick of it.
