Dude, we ate that 93/7 for years and then we went back to 8x/1x. The taste difference between the two was an ocean apart. Just have to put up with the occasional gristle. Lol

Our next venture into stroganoff will be with bison. I cant get over how much better than beef it is.

Fat tastes good! I haven't tried ground bison before...I've only had bison sirloin steak a couple times.

Ingles has grpund bison if you are near one. It's in the freezer section though, and like $10 a pound. It's good though.

I think we are getting it at COSTCO for about $9 a pound. You get them in a two pack at about 1 and 1/4 pound per pack.

And widdim veggies on the grill was a 2 and 1/4 inch NY Strip cooked to medium rare. I ditnt think I could eat it all... and then, I did.

Yep. Yankee brands, apparently. My work wife says those brands are sold up north. Aldi's, iirc, is a European owned grocer.
