I would appreciate the prayers of my VN folks. We found out yesterday that my mothers "non aggressive" cancer has spread, and is acting totally against the norm for the kind she has. She has to start Chemo monday, and her doctors are trying to get immunotherapy approved also. Prognosis is 3-4 months without, and 10-12 with treatment if the treatment doesn't work. I am in a stupor, this was a sucker punch we did not expect. The docs had been extremely optimistic, and this was not supposed to happen.
Maybe @Bassmaster_Vol is Nathaniel Rutherford?Did we ever figure out what this was about? Because I searched all over the internets and didn’t see any commitment videos to UT from yesterday.
Also I don’t twitter but I’m thinking only getting 1 retweet is not good.

There has always been a verbal agreement to not disclose anything that happens within the closed doors of the AD- that’s more or less why I stopped posting here and then just kinda forgot to start back. I heard from a former coworker that the agreement signed every year now had an explicit NDA.
Also, hey folks long time no see.
Two bedrooms, but i like the idea of a small office as well. (I could just put a small desk somewhere in the bedroom or living area.) Open kitchen and living area. I've also been kicking around the idea of a loft with a small deck or something. Probably pie in the sky stuff, though. Plenty more particulars...How many bedrooms?

Originally, I was gonna remodel the house my grandpa built in 1933, but there was too much structural decay. Depth to groundwater is ~12 - 24 inches on average, so that's an issue. I took it all down by hand this past winter to preserve the brick used as foundation and chimneys, the pine tongue and groove used for floor, wall and ceilings, and whatever else i could salvage. The house was 28 by 34, 952 sq ft.
I looked into SketchUp as 3D design tool, but it seemed to have a pretty large learning curve. I may go through some youtube tutorials to see what i can generate?
Any help is appreciated, and i have a couple drawings i made and lots of ideas that i need to coalesce. Probably could share some homegrown beef steak or ribs or something if interested.
